Still you have time: Your height is based on your genes , nothing could be done to alter , female at 16 you still have time to grow couple of inches, happy what you are, and be proud of yourself.

Several issues: A simple prediction of expected height is the average of your parents height m+d/2 less 2.5 inches (in girls). An x-ray of your hand could see if you have open growth centers that would sustain more growth, but if they show a bone maturity of 16 , you are nearly done. Good nutrition regular exercise help normal growth, chronic health conditions can suppress it.
