See personal trainer: Your question is too general to give u specifics. A " total body workout" would involve leg , chest and arms as well as aerobic work. I would reccomend seeing a personal trainer and just get started w/ something and keep it going. Once you get into a workout routine u can add other exercises that fit your body and lifestyle best.
