Can't address all of: This in 400 characters. Passion flower, valerian ; chamomile may help with anxiety. Although kava kava may help w anxiety it has potential to cause liver damage. St john's wort has been used for depression. Valerian root, melatonin ; chamomile have been used for sleep. Ginger is good for nausea ; stomach issues. Although not an herbal, acupuncture is good for anxiety/ panic/ migraine headaches, .
