Unsure, but have you: Discussed fibromyalgia with anyone? Fibromyalgia should be more of a diagnosis of exclusion, but something to consider. If it is short lived, it could be viral. You could also have systemic issues such as lyme disease or rheumatologic issues. You should have a thorough history and physical done to clarify where the pain is coming from.
