Yes: It should be. There was only one generic brand that was causing problems and that was removed from the market. I have not seen any problems with generic wellbutrin since and i only prescribe generic bupropion at this point.

Agree w Dr Jacobsen: Although not identical to brand name (Wellbutrin) it is usually equivalent.
