"Soap & water": The most common source of breast itching is retained soap in bras and perspiration (water) that follows when wearing the item daily. Wash the breast area with Dove, Caress, or Ivory soap and thoroughly rinse your laundered bras before wearing especially if they are laundered with soap powder and a washing machine. The soap powder gets trapped in the underwire and seams of the bra if not rinsed.
