A few options: If this is due to post inflammatory pigmentation, avoid sun exposure with a high SPF sunblock, use anti-inflammatory topical and systemic agents. Topical steroids and Retin-A may also be beneficial. Silicone sheeting or gel may also be useful.

Time and bleaching c: Dark spots or hyperpigmentation is not uncommon after healing of an ulcer.Most of the time they resolve with time and massage.Sometimes one need help with bleaching cream.Bur you should consult with a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist.
