I could really use as many dr's 2 answer 2 support that celexa (citalopram) & baclofen have no bad interaction taken together, especially local dr's..2 use as ref?

Can't oblige you: Celexa (citalopram) & Baclofen used together can cause excessive or prolonged central nervous system and respiratory depression. Also, recently reports on higher doses of Celexa (citalopram) noted possible irregular heart rhythms. If you are taking any other meds, there may other significant interactions. Sorry we can't provide you with the info you'd like to hear.

Monitor: Since both the medicines have effects on the brain, caution needs to be applied for breathing and central nervous system depressant effect. Becomes an issue especially in elderly and debilitated.
