I've been taking celexa (citalopram) and tramasdol for two weeks and i've been having bad lower right back pain all day now i just used the restroom and i had bright red blood in my feces could my medicine be causing this?

Yes: The pain med is likely causing constipation. This leads to straining when you have a bowel movement which leads to hemorrhoids. Senna with colace (docusate sodium) will help (every drug store carried this). If this continues for more than 10 days, kindly see your primary. Thank you.
