Can you tell me can i have depression and not feel very depressed anymore?

Yes: It is possible to have residual symptoms of depression without actually having the emotion of depression anymore. I would recommend that you return to your treating doctor for evaluation so that this doesn't develop into a chronic lingering problem or so that you don't relapse into full depression again. Best wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season.

Yes: Your symptoms could be in partial remission. Please don't abruptly stop any medications or treatments you may be receiving. Recommend reassessment by your provider to determine the status of your depression and how to go on from here. If depression is purely situational - it may improve as life stressors resolve. Glad you are feeling better.
