Check with your Dr.: Check with your Family Doctor who will consult with you regarding your feelings of hunger. It could be a number of factors from low blood sugar, hormonal and mood changes. Eating a High fiber meal will make you fill satisified for much of the day. My Dr. recommends eating 6 small meals or snacks throughout the day or celery, carrots or a cup of almonds and drink lots of water.
