1st Stop: I think before you wonder about this to much further you may should take a pregnancy test. Don't mean to scare you but that is one thing that can cause both.

2 weeks?: Two weeks is a long time for these symptoms to persist. It sounds like you are in some degree of discomfort from this. It is time to see your family doc for a check-up and possible specialty referral if a more obvious cause is not detected and effective treatment instituted..
