What would cause pains in stomach, constant urination but doesnt hurt or anything, hot flashes, nausea, bloated and hungry all the time?

Several possibilitie: you need to see your doctor for assessment, it may be metabolic, e.g. diabetes or pre-diabetes, gastrointestinal (stomach), renal (kidney) or something else, you can't be diagnosed or treated online given your description, good luck
