what is a good healthy eating plan for teenagers who are hungry all the time?

Dr. Ankush Bansal

Fruits, veggies...: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains. Not sugary foods, sodas, fatty snacks. And teach them to eat at designated times - like small portions 4-6 times per day. Being hungry all the time is a cop out for the teenagers - that's a bad habit that won't serve them when they get a little older.
