There is this small white spot on the back of my throat.what can it be?

Possible cyst: A possible tonsil cyst or a tonsil stone. The cyst may form in different areas, even outside the normal confines of the tonsils. Almost never a cause of concern IF it is a tonsil cyst. Would show it to your doctor to let them evaluate it.
