Weight loss: 15 kilos is the equivalent of 33 pounds. I would encourage you to set a goal that is more attainable ; at a healthier rate of loss. 16 to 30 weeks would be a healthier pace. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training.
