No, not without: Knowing the reason why you think you need more serotonin. There are more than 15 serotonin receptors and receptor subtypes. Different medications affect different ones. Symptom profile would need to be known and if you truly want to raise serotonin for a medical reason then i would recommend that you see your family doctor for this. Best wishes.
