Treatment ASAP: Immediate treatment with anti-herpes drugs (valacyclovir, acyclovir, famciclovir), i.e. at the very first sign of an oral herpes (fever blister) outbreak, significantly speeds healing. If outbreaks are particularly frequent, preventive treatment may help. See your doctor about it. As for hiding an outbreak, heavy make-up is all I can think of. Good luck and best wishes.
