Be A Partner: We all have flaws and could be healthier if we just lost a few pounds, stopped smoking, took our medicine, etc. Nagging doesn't help. People become healthier when they are motivated to make changes and sustain those changes for themselves. Ideas: cook a tasty, healthy meal together, go for a walk together every week, celebrate little changes.
