Milk: Many people are lactose intolerant or otherwise sensitive to dairy products. They may or may not realize a problem. I've also had patients who know of their problem with dairy, but continue eating it. Height does not rely on drinking milk alone; advertising for milk may make it seem so, though. Genetics and overall nutrition (calcium, protein, etc) can certainly affect growth, including height.
