Does drinking milk make you grow taller?

More no than yes: No it does not although calcium is needed for bone growth. Your can get adequate calcium from other areas of your diet.

Not for you: At a listed age of 21, nothing you eat or drink, no exercise or drug will make you grow taller. Additional linear growth requires open growth centers. These close in males between 16-20. You can have yours checked with an x-ray of your wrist/hand. If closed you are done. The calcium in milk is a needed nutrient for normal growth, but milk has no properties that would open closed growth centers
