More no than yes: No it does not although calcium is needed for bone growth. Your can get adequate calcium from other areas of your diet.

Not for you: At a listed age of 21, nothing you eat or drink, no exercise or drug will make you grow taller. Additional linear growth requires open growth centers.These close in males between 16-20. You can have yours checked with an x-ray of your wrist/hand. If closed you are done. The calcium in milk is a needed nutrient for normal growth, but milk has no properties that would open closed growth centers
