No, unless...: Everything in life has good and bad to it. Pasteurized milk is safe (unpasteurized can have bad germs in it). For people >3 years old, non-fat (skim) milk is recommended, because we Americans eat enough fats from other foods already, and milk fat is undesirable animal fat. Milk is a great source of calcium and vitamin D, and is a good source of protein. Chocolate milk has too much sugar.

Milk healthy?: Milk from a cow is a good source of high-quality protein, and is fairly healthy (assuming you are tolerant of lactose) as long as you choose skim or 1% milk, both of which cut back the fat content and total calories significantly.
