Your body is not the: Problem. I would recommend that you get a psychiatric evaluation. Body dysmorphic disorder needs to be ruled out to ensure that seriously depressed by your body. Following the results of that you should see a psychologist to work on either body dysmorphic disorder issues or self-esteem issues having to do with your perceptions of your body's shortcomings or acceptance therapy to accept and become comfortable with who it is you are. You are certainly far more than your body. For some reason your mind is focusing on your body to the exclusion of those other characteristics of you as a personthat make you unique among mankind.
