Painful nail: If you are suffering from an ingrown nail, start to soak it in warm water with one tablespoon of salt and add a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. Soak for twenty minutes. Afterwards apply a topical antibiotic. If this dies not help, go see a foot doctor.
