Chronic daily HA: Studies have confirmed the big risk of mood and anxiety disorders in patients with chronic daily headache and migraine. It is not unusual for a patient to use the terms “anxiety” and “stress” interchangeably and both are regarded as common triggers for both tension-type/migraine headaches. It has been estimated that 80% of tension-type headaches are related to stress. See a specialist.
