Benzoyl peroxide: Use 5% 2x/day. If you are not clear in two weeks, get on the phone to your personal physician. Acne is a serious, chronic, non-lifestyle-related disease that is a serious personal and professional liability. It can be managed until it self-cures. Best wishes.
