I'm curious as to what helps with a ruptured disc?

Conservative path: Hello - this all depends on how bad it is and you bad you are. As long as you don't have neurological compromise (weakness), the initial treatment is rest, time, anti-inflammatories (if tolerated), and progressive physiotherapy. For continued symptoms, injections and less commonly surgery are recommended. There are some newer regenerative medicine approaches. Always get multiple opinions!
