Not really: Ruptured discs will often heal with time. Treatment is only needed if the pain is bothersome or there are other associated symptoms such as weakness in the arms or legs. If you do not have pain that limits you or these other symptoms, it will likely get better. See a spine specialist if you are having issues, and there are no specific home remedies for that.
