Possibly: In general w the absence of specific health concerns, sleeping on the back may be optimal. Sleeping on your back can aid the head ; spine to maintain a neutral position. If you sleep on your back a puffy pillow which provides support but doesn’t put your neck at too much of an angle is recommended. Sleeping on the side can also.
