Sleep disorder: The sore throat related to sleep problems, implies you may be a mouth breather. Sleep apnea (lack of breathing during sleep) with the usual associated snoring-- often disrupts normal sleep cycles. Although unusual in the younger patient, if you suffer with a severe weight problem and have the above problems seek a consult from a pulmonary or sleep expert. Weight loss is a good start.
