What is the difference between (1)pterigoid (2) boi and (3) one piece implant?

Location, type: Pterygoid refers to the location of the implant placement. One piece means that there is no intermediate connectability between the implant and the restoration. That is , there is no removable abutment connected to the implant onto which the restoration is then connected. Boi has no meaning in the dental implant arena.
