Nexplanon: You are more than likely not pregnant. Irregular bleeding is a common side effect of Nexplanon. It is the most effective BC out there. See link. http://www.cdc.gov/reproductivehealth/UnintendedPregnancy/PDF/Contraceptive_methods_508.pdf
