Maybe: German measles (rubella) is a different infection than regular measles. If, for some strange reason, you did not get your series of 3 MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccines when you were little, then you could get measles. The incidence is low in the U.S. But it happens in certain parts of the country every now & then when irresponsible parents don't vaccinate their kids. See your doctor.
