A member asked:

I spend a lot of time at work (about 12-14 hours a day) how to clean teeth when im at work after meals? i don't feel comfortable brushing at work. does it suffice if i brush before and after work. or i can floss there without brushing?

Plaque: Good oral hygiene means disrupting the plaque (bacteria) that adhere to our teeth and gums and produce both acids and digestive enzymes. Gently brush 2x/day for 2 full minutes BY THE CLOCK (counting in your head's not good enough) w soft t'brush & pea-sized portion of fluoridated t'paste. FLOSS DAILY. See Dentist 2X/YEAR.
