HMMM: Okay as you gain muscle you will weigh more but be leaner as muscle weighs more than fat and your clothes will fit looser; a good thing. If you are loosing weight then you need to eat more protein to support muscle growth, carbs for energy and fresh veg to keep the system running. You should consult a dietician or an md who treats athletes.
