Any : You should try and use name brand adhesive using no more than 3 pea sized daps. Avoid those containing zinc. Patient swear by either paste or powder try either and see what works for u. Remember though, your denture should be evaluated on a yearly basis. It should on average be relined every 3-5 years and a new set made every 5-7 years. Even if it it's "functioning ok", for several reasons.

Depends: If the prosthesis is well fitting and designed properly, any cream or powder should suffice. Experiment to see if a cream works better or if a powder is enough to increase retention.
