Probably: Not sure what type of adverse reactions you could be concerned about, but using the product as directed should not cause any reactions in the first place. Any reactions to the adhesive should be addressed by your dentist or physician.

Not likely: Most denture adhesive hypersensitivity reactions have been described as local contact reactions, immediate allergic reaction (Type I reaction).
