Be Careful: First 1-3 days keep anything with pieces or bits in it out of the mouth. Prime example: chicken noodle soup ! the pieces get in the extraction sit, dissolve/disrupt the clot and you get a dry socket. Broth, applesause, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, yogurt without seeds/bits, smoothie ( no berries), pudding, jello, etc.Work your way up to regular diet in the following days--be sensible.Good luck.

Soft diet: After 24 hours add more solid foods such as pancakes, eggs, mashed potatoes, soft pasta, etc. It is important that you follow your surgeon's dietary instructions.
