Not recommended: You should avoid foods like nuts, sunflower seeds, popcorn, etc., which may get lodged in the socket areas and cause complications.

After Healing: After the gum tissue starts to fill in the socket you should be fine. Since everyone heals at a different rate, it's hard to put an exact number on it. But anywhere between 10 and 14 days after the extraction you should be fine.
