Can you explain what are the repercussions of falling asleep with gum in your mouth?

Nothing major: I hope that gum is sugarless though..... Lol..But kidding aside, if it is on occasion only, . It can not damage your teeth, or your oral tissues.. But my main concern is that you might be bereathing it in while you sleep , and choke on it.
