Whitening brands: Each dentist has his\her own favorites. There are both in-office ; take home methods as well as different brands ; varying concentrations. Most of the major brands recommended by dentists are all effective, use similar whitening agents ; minimize tooth sensitivity. Ask a dentist whom you trust to discuss all the methods available ; what would be best for you. Otc products have more limitations.

A professional care: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
