Need help: If you grind your teeth you need help. You need help protecting your teeth, awake or asleep, such as an occlusal orthotic ( night guards can be worn during the day if needed) to protect teeth. But more than that you need help identifying the causes of your stress and help managing the stress. Consider seeking counseling.

Night guards: You need night guards , they are fabricated from a soft material that is molded exactly to fit your teeth and prevent your teeth from wearing out , which if it happens you end up loosing space vertically , which in turn can affect the lower third of your face. Your dentist can have it made for you in one day in most cases.
