Two possibilities: At your age a common cause of your symptoms is Clinical Depression. An evaluation by a mental health professional may be indicated. Ask your PCP for a referral. Another cause could be a medical issue. Again your PCP should be apprised of your symptoms. A full physical examination might disclose the source of your symptoms.
