Veneers: No way to escape it, you are going to have to see a dentist to get a diagnosis and treatment options. There is no home remedies to reverse the condition you describe.

Rarely: Only very early enamel decalcification can be possibly reversed with the use of re-mineralizing prescription tooth pastes. I suggest that you see your own dentist to discuss both treatment options and ways to prevent further damage. Changing some of your habits can save your teeth and tens of thousands of dollars over a lifetime. Get the information you need and make a difference in your life.
