Yes, but careful: First, you need to see a dentist, because you can't get down to where the infection is going on. Brush with a soft brush gently, floss your teeth gently, and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash like listerine; but the bleeding is a sympton that something is wrong, and it may only need to have the area cleaned out.
