Swollen face: Swelling is a sign of an infection which requires immediate care. If you can't see a dentist right away, the next best thing would be to see your own physician, 24\7 emergency medical care facility or the er of a hospital. Only a dentist can treat the cause of the infection and therefore every attempt should be made to see one asap! untreated infections can spread and even become life threatening.

Oral Surgeon / ER: See the Oral Surgeon ASAP, as in now, or get to the ER. This can frequently result in serious problems, including dissecting into the chest . Read this and GO. Good Luck.

See a dentist ASAP: An acute abscess of an upper tooth can cause cheek swelling and, untreated, lead to a brain abscess or a sinus infection or other face structure. It’s better to have it treated when it’s treatable by a dentist. Good luck and do not delay.
