Radiographs: Radiographs do not show all dental problems. Minute root fractures, nerves undergoing irreversible inflammation or necrosis, occlusal (bite) problems among other things are some examples. Recent composite fillings may also cause sensitivity to biting pressure. I have given you some possibilities but your dentist can perform some other tests. Seeing an endodontist might help if gd can't solve it.
