Yes: Have your dentist take a look. If it is a new denture, the bite may have been a bit off causing the tooth debond from the acrylic. It may have even fractured. After it is repaired, the bite can be adjusted to help prevent further problems. Do not use crazy glue... It will not hold over time and will ruin the tooth-denture interface.
