Better oral hygiene.: If your teeth are rotting out, there is no don't in my mind that your oral hygiene is poor. I am certain that you brush daily. Unfortunately if tooth brushing actually was very effective, there wouldn't be tooth decay or gum disease. Stop brushing long and hard and recognize that the really dirty areas are only accessible by floss. Floss twice daily and have your dentist correct your decay.
