Self medicating ?: If so, not a good idea. Who said you had an infection? You may have a deep cavity and a vital nerve... Antibiotics will do absolutely nothing for your problem. Call a dentist before your pain becomes unbearable. If you are currently under the care of a dentist and you have this problem, call the dentist.
